SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all orders within 2 business days. Domestic orders shipped via Standard shipping will have 3-4 days in transit. Orders that are placed after 12p ET will be fulfilled by the next day, and delivered within 2 business days after the order is fulfilled. Military addresses and PO Boxes are unable to be delivered within 2 days.

REFUNDS POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Unfortunately we're unable to refund any shipping fees for shipped orders. 

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This exceeds the 14-day minimum required under EU law.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal To cancel your order, contact us before the withdrawal period expires. You can reach us via the contact form on our website. Please clearly state that you wish to withdraw from your purchase and include your order number.

Return shipping You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Refunds Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed
• Customized or personalized items made to your specification
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened

MISSING PIECES
If you're missing a game component or puzzle piece, for any reason, we are happy to send you replacement pieces free of charge.
